Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of finishing, painting, coating, or manufacturing experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industrial paint systems, coating applications, and finishing processes
- Ability to organize work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to effectively coach, train, and develop employees
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
