Role Overview

The Finish Supervisor will oversee daily paint and finishing operations to ensure products are coated safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to established quality standards. This position leads finishing personnel, manages production workflow, monitors coating quality, and supports operational objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

What You Will Do

The Finish Supervisor is responsible for planning and executing daily paint and finishing schedules to support production requirements and customer delivery commitments. They will ensure proper product preparation, coating application, curing, inspection, and staging activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of finishing, painting, coating, or manufacturing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industrial paint systems, coating applications, and finishing processes
  • Ability to organize work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to effectively coach, train, and develop employees
  • Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
