Job Description
Phoenix Color is seeking a Finishing Coordinator to orchestrate the workflow and material management within their Finishing Department. The ideal candidate is a precision-driven professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for high-quality print production.

Requirements

  • Master the Workflow: Coordinate and schedule the daily production flow; proactively Setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating machinery
  • Precision Job Prep: Pull, verify, and file supplies throughout the shift, ensuring the absolute correct die is matched to every job specification.
  • Bridge the Communication Gap: Collaborate closely with internal and external department supervisors to streamline production schedules and uphold rigid quality standards.
  • Maintain Material Control: Oversee general department upkeep, including the secure destruction and proper disposal of obsolete materials.
  • Champion Safety: Adhere to and actively promote all company safety policies, hazard protocols, and compliance procedures.
  • Support the Team: Maintain a flexible, "team-first" attitude by tackling other duties and special projects as assigned.
