Job Description
Buck Company LLC is looking for a Finishing Associate to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is essential to our quality assurance process, preparing high-quality metal castings for our customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to safely lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a non-climate-controlled, industrial environment.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance—reliability is key for our 2nd Shift operations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team-based production environment.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to comprehend instructions and accept coaching and mentoring.
  • Safety Focus: Proven ability to adhere to and successfully perform job functions consistent with Buck Company's strict safety policy.
