Finishing Operator I

As a Finishing Operator at Superior Tire & Rubber Corp., you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment that performs the final processing steps before products are shipped to the customer.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for understanding and following safety guidelines, meeting production goals, performing routine inspections, and ensuring all finished products meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Requirements

• High school degree
• Ability to learn and fully demonstrate competence in any finishing work cell
• Ability to safely operate all equipment and tools required for the cell
• Ability to follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Ability to communicate issues, defects, or equipment concerns to the supervisor, team lead or senior team member
