As a Finishing Tech I, you will clean, finish and debur products following Arthrex Manufacturing, Inc. processes and procedures to ensure superior quality is provided to our clients.
What You Will Do
Consistently follows operating procedures, meets productivity and quality goals, performs different tasks and operations necessary to manufacture products, determines materials and tools required, and properly encodes production activity and output in manufacturing software.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical equipment knowledge, good eye/hand dexterity, and ability to be detail-oriented. You will work in a moderate noise environment and be occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock.
