Role OverviewMatX is looking for a Finance Operations Lead to lead our FP&A function. This is a hands-on expert role that requires someone with deep experience to see the big picture, while also rolling up their sleeves to contribute to operational items. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and employee-first in their mindset.
What You Will Do
The FinOps Lead will drive execution of the company's core financial planning, forecasting & modeling, budgeting, and reporting functions. They will oversee finance & accounting operations, hone and improve processes, and partner with cross-functional leaders to support the business and employees.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in relevant Finance roles, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and an MBA is preferred.
