Job Description
Hatch Bank is seeking a Fintech, Transactions, and Regulatory Counsel to lead commercial and program legal execution across its fintech portfolio, negotiate complex agreements, and manage outside counsel relationships.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in good standing
  • ~6–10+ years of legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house
  • Strong ability and execution in drafting and closing complex commercial agreements independently
  • Experience working with, or around: lending, card issuing, payments/money movement, structured finance, or forward flow capital partnerships
