Role OverviewJoin a dynamic team of fire protection professionals at Impact Fire Services, a full-service fire protection company providing installation, maintenance, inspection, monitoring, and retrofit of fire safety systems. As a Fire Alarm Designer, you will design, develop, and draft fire alarm systems on a wide variety of projects.
What You Will Do
Perform battery calculations, review job plans and specifications, design NFPA compliant drawings, prepare job close-out documents, submit design plans for approval, and perform field surveys and attend job meetings.

Requirements
- Experience in fire alarm design
- 3 to 5+ years of fire alarm design experience
- Experience with AutoCAD or Revit
- NICET 3 Design certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong technology / computer skills
- Strong understanding of Fire Alarm system installation practices
- Knowledge of code standards for Phoenix, Arizona or State of Arizona
