Role OverviewAs a Field Service Technician, you'll help ensure fire alarm and security systems remain fully operational and compliant with safety regulations. You'll conduct routine inspections and testing, inspect smoke detectors and motion sensors, replace batteries, and perform preventative maintenance services. You'll also troubleshoot minor system issues, identify potential concerns, and complete accurate digital inspection reports and service documentation.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in fire alarm, low voltage, electrical, or security systems work preferred
- NICET or IPSI certification is a plus
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications if not already certified
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
