Role OverviewThe Fire Lieutenant will direct and coordinate the activities of an assigned shift, ensuring the controlling and extinguishing of fires, rescuing endangered persons, and providing assistance for medical aid calls, vehicle accidents, and Hazmat incidents.
What You Will Do
Supervises subordinate personnel, provides effective leadership, maintains discipline, and implements department goals and objectives. Responds to alarms, performs firefighting and EMS functions, and participates in daily training exercises.

Requirements
- Valid state Driver's License
- Current NFPA 1001 Firefighter I with Hazardous Materials-Operations
- Current Advanced – EMT certification
- Current CPR/AED
- Completion of NIMS ICS-100, 200, 700, and 800
- High school graduate or possess a GED certificate
