Role OverviewWe are seeking a Fire Protection Shop (2nd Shift) to work on exciting, hands-on projects that make a real difference in the field of fire protection. As a machine operator and threading piping specialist, you will be responsible for providing overall support by banding and bundling pipe, working with a crane and cart system to move pipe throughout the shop, shop sweeping, and equipment cleanup.
What You Will Do
Your primary duties will include machine operation, threading piping for fire protection systems, and providing overall support in the shop. You will work on a full-time second shift, typically from 3 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with overtime as needed on Friday.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years of age, and meet the required norms on an aptitude test. You will also need to be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and crouch throughout an 8-hour shift.
