Job Description
The Fire Safety Inspector will conduct fire safety inspections of buildings, assist local fire officials, and issue notices of violations and citations. The position requires travel, flexible hours, and occasional nights and weekends. A certificate in fire safety inspector training and 12 months of experience in conducting fire safety inspections are required.

Requirements

  • Certificate in fire safety inspector training
  • 12 months of experience in conducting fire safety inspections
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to walk on elevated, narrow walkways and inspect in confined quarters
