Job Description
Role Overview

Establish and maintain relationships with end users, owners, contractors, and engineers to negotiate and close quality fire sprinkler projects. Develop and implement customer sales strategies, conduct site surveys, and interact with clients to identify their needs.

Estimate and quote Fire Sprinkler systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. Prepare proposals and financial justifications for bids. Collaborate with the District Manager on key account strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical, business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years' Fire Sprinkler Sales or Project Management experience
  • NICET Certification or equivalent experience in the field of Automatic Sprinkler Layout
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
  • Technical knowledge of sprinkler systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, understand current NFPA 13 standards and local codes
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task, organize work, and manage sales territory
  • Proficient with computer/applications software and internet tools
