Job Description
Fire Tech II is responsible for performing shop service and field inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire equipment, including customer portable and fixed fire extinguisher systems, lifesaving and navigation aid equipment, and more. Requires 2+ years of field experience in fire protection or related industry, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least two (2) years of field experience in fire protection, petrochemical, oil refinery or related industry
  • Associate’s degree in science or technical area strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license from state of residence
  • Forklift experience considered a plus
  • Ability to obtain TWIC card and pass required safety testing
