Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous firearms sales, sporting goods, retail, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, accessories, safety practices, and applicable laws and regulations
- Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to accurately complete transactions, documentation, and other detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to use POS systems, computers, and retail technology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to safety
- Ability to complete required firearms compliance training
