Job Description
The Firearms Specialist is the in-store expert for all things related to Firearms and ammunition sales. They will connect with customers, assess their needs, recommend products, and encourage the sale. The role requires educating customers on firearm functionality, teaching them how to safely use firearms, and understanding federal, state, and local compliance to protect the store’s FFL and adhere to company policy on the handling and inventory of firearms.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Pass a background check
  • 1-2 years of previous firearm sales or related experience
