Job Description
The First Assistant Golf Professional assists the Head Golf Professional with golf shop activities and outside services, ensuring guests receive outstanding customer service. The role involves organizing golf events, tournaments, and programs to improve the Club’s products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • PGA Member Required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the golf industry
  • Retailing, marketing, and sales experience (preferred)
  • Customer service and guest relations experience (preferred)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
