Job Description
Hyatt Place Experience. The First Assistant Manager contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork, managing daily hotel operations and ensuring customer satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and quality assurance. Hands-on approach to manage the quality of customer service and guest suite cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of management and supervisory experience preferred
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • 1-2+ years experience working in a guest service oriented Food & Beverage establishment preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Intermediate word and excel required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and detail orientation skills, with the ability to multi-task in order to meet a variety of deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do positive attitude
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision required
