First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers

The First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers will directly supervise and coordinate production workers and fabricators, managing incoming work, coordinating personnel and equipment, and ensuring production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to established schedules and requirements.

Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers and fabricators, manage incoming work schedules, allocate personnel, equipment, and other resources to support successful completion of assigned work, and ensure production activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to meet applicable clearance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline, or a qualifying substitution
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in production facility management
• Experience supervising production personnel, fabricators, technicians, or similar manufacturing/production employees
• Experience coordinating personnel, equipment, materials, and production schedules
• Ability to identify and resolve production scheduling, material, staffing, and resource issues
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, work requirements, and production schedules
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, production, logistics, and management personnel
• Ability to work onsite in a production environment and support mission requirements
