Job Description
The First Response Team Technician provides phone-based and remote technical support to C Spire Business customers across their local market and the broader Southeast region.

Requirements

  • Respond to inbound service calls promptly to minimize abandoned calls.
  • Create and manage Cases using a ticketing system.
  • Administer and monitor the ticketing system to ensure tickets are dispatched according to policy.
