Job Description
The State of Connecticut, Department of Transportation (DOT), is currently recruiting for a Fiscal/Administrative Supervisor position in the Bureau of Finance and Administration, Office of Finance, Division of Financial Management and Support.
Requirements
Supervise the Utility Unit within the Division of Financial Management and Support
Schedule, assign, oversee, and review the work of staff; provide training as required
Conduct annual Employee Performance Evaluations
Oversee the processing of invoices of all utility and municipality invoices related to highway relocation
Oversee the processing of the materials testing contracts invoices
Provide financial support to the Bureau of Policy and Planning, inclusive of the Bureau’s SPR program, which includes the processing of vendor invoices, reporting, and budget development
Responsible for completing the financial close-out of all utility projects
Oversee the development and maintenance of written procedures
Perform related duties as required
