The Fiscal and Operations Coordinator supports the Economic Development Department in coordinating projects, tracking departmental goals, and ensuring the department operates effectively and efficiently. The role involves coordinating budget tracking, invoicing, procurement, financial reporting, and expenditure monitoring. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating projects, building relationships, and supporting teams.

What You Will Do

The Fiscal Coordinator will coordinate the implementation and tracking of departmental strategic initiatives, grant-funded projects, and special projects. They will develop and maintain project plans, timelines, workplans, and tracking tools to support successful project implementation. The Coordinator will also monitor departmental goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and outcomes; maintain dashboards and reporting tools as assigned.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $83,000 (DOE/Q)
