Job Description
This Fiscal Associate II role is with the Office of the Secretary – Administration supporting the Division for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities Fiscal Unit section. Responsibilities include processing and managing financial documents, reviewing daily requests for completeness and accuracy, ensuring proper coding and tracking, and verifying shipments against orders and contracts.

Requirements

  • Reviews forms and source documents to complete purchase orders
  • Verifies correct classification and coding of transactions
  • Uses commercial and proprietary automated information systems to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve and report on data
  • Creates and maintains financial records, documents and files
  • Prepares reports and summaries on the status of accounts or other financial data
