Job Description
The State Office of Rural Health (SORH) serves as a focal point and state clearinghouse for collection and dissemination of information regarding rural health care issues, research findings, and innovative approaches to the delivery of health care in rural areas. The FISCAL OFFICER, RURAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM position is responsible for conducting the on-going tasks of budget preparation, presentation, and execution, inclusive of governance and partner budgets in support of RHTP work efforts.

Requirements

  • Seven years of experience in budget preparation, presentation and execution.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with fiscal management systems and processes.
  • Experience in provision of fiscal-related technical assistance and grant monitoring functions.
