Fitness Attendant

Requirements

• Professionally demonstrate knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club
• Serve as a point of control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so
• Provide professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether in person or by phone
• Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible
• Must possess familiarity and understanding of fitness equipment
• Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job
• Must be member service oriented and possess a professional manner
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• CPR Certification preferred
• Interest in fitness required
• Previous experience preferred
