Role OverviewAs a Fitness Coach, you'll lead high-energy group workouts for up to 36 participants, delivering engaging sessions that align with Orangetheory's methodology. You'll ensure the safety of all participants, maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, and help build class attendance and member retention through motivation and personal connection.

Requirements
- Current nationally accredited fitness certification
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- 1+ years of experience in personal training and/or group fitness instruction
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, and functional movement
- Ability to lead, motivate, and adapt training to all fitness levels in real time
- Must be physically capable of demonstrating all exercises and lifting up to 40 lbs
