Fitness Hospitality & Events Manager

Lead the hospitality experience at a premier private club, combining hospitality leadership, front desk operations, wellness programming, member events, and spa coordination to ensure every member interaction reflects the club's commitment to outstanding service.

What You Will Do

Lead front desk and member reception operations, develop service training and SOPs, resolve member concerns, and plan and execute year-round department events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience in hospitality, private clubs, luxury hotels, fitness, wellness, or recreation.
• Experience supervising teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and the ability to create a welcoming member environment.
• Strong computer skills and comprehension.
• Event planning and member programming experience preferred.
• Private club experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Fitness/Recreation Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
