Job Description
The Fitness Trainer will design individualized exercise programs for members, lead small group sessions, and market the PE@PF program in-club. The role reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager and requires certifications from a recognized program such as ACE, NASM, or NCSF.

Requirements

  • Design individualized custom exercise programs
  • Train members during PE@PF small group training sessions
  • Market the PE@PF program in-club and recruit members
  • Inspect gym equipment and document malfunctions
  • Complete computer tasks to enroll members in PE@PF sessions
  • Keep paperwork and documentation organized
  • Implement new training styles and techniques
  • Educate and inform members about PE@PF/fitness programs and gym equipment
  • Assist with tasks at the service desk and on the gym floor
  • Answer member questions about gym equipment and health and wellness inquiries
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
