Role OverviewThe Fitness Trainer is responsible for creating a safe, effective, and engaging fitness environment for club members and guests. The role helps with supervising exercise programs, educating members on proper techniques, and developing personalized fitness plans tailored to individual goals and needs.
What You Will Do
Assist in the exercise and fitness areas of the club, evaluate member/guest fitness needs, and provide the appropriate exercise program. Conduct new Member Fit Start appointments, promote fitness activities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Fitness Trainer, and current personal training certifications. They will also be able to assess individual fitness levels and develop tailored exercise programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Fitness Trainer
- Current personal training certifications: ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA
- Certification in CPR, First Aid and AED within the last 6 months
- Certified group exercise instructor with AFAA or ACE
