Role OverviewThe Fixed Asset Analyst will be responsible for tracking, supporting, analyzing, and accounting for the company's capital expenditures. This includes creating and analyzing optimal profit models for capital expenditures, performing reconciliations of multiple balance sheet accounts related to capital expenditures, and developing forecasts and providing reporting on the company's capital budget.
What You Will Do
The Fixed Asset Analyst will review fixed asset purchase requests and invoices, interact with cross-functional business partners on Capex accounting, keep track of invoices to date by Capex project, prepare billing to Cruise lines/Vendors for Capex, and perform other related tasks.
