Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Fixed Income Trader to execute purchases and sales of Treasury, Agency, Commercial Paper, and Money Market Mutual Fund securities. The role requires a strong understanding of fixed income markets and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically one or more years of related experience
  • Hands-on experience executing and supporting fixed income trades
  • Ability to independently perform daily operational responsibilities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume transaction activity
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and accounting concepts
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-based trading and operations environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills
  • Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Bloomberg trading system
