Role OverviewVictory Capital is a diversified global asset management firm seeking a Fixed Income Trading Intern for the summer of 2027. The intern will gain exposure to the full trading process, including market structure, liquidity, pricing, trade execution, and dealer relationships.
What You Will Do
The intern will work directly with experienced traders, interact with portfolio managers, research analysts, and members of the broader investment team, and gain exposure to various electronic and voice-based platforms used to trade fixed income securities.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, with an anticipated graduation date of 2027 or 2028
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to think critically and work through problems
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office applications would be a plus, but is not required
