Role OverviewThe Flagger I (Traffic Control) is responsible for ensuring safe traffic flow around active work zones. This role requires alertness, physical stamina, and strong communication skills to thrive in dynamic outdoor environments.
What You Will Do
Direct vehicular/pedestrian traffic using signs, hand signals, and barricades. Set up, adjust, and remove traffic control devices per site requirements. Monitor work zones for compliance with safety regulations and report hazards.

Requirements
- 6+ months of traffic control or related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment, and work in all weather
- Basic knowledge of traffic control practices and safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
