Job Description
The Fleet Asset Administrator assists drivers with inquiries and provides a positive customer experience by administering the end-to-end lifecycle of the division’s light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles. This includes maintaining data integrity, managing vehicle assignments, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands while keeping a sense of urgency
Ability to think critically, manage and prioritize a demanding workload
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong administrative/coordination skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete multiple projects in short time frames
