Job Description
The Fleet Asset Administrator assists drivers with inquiries and provides a positive customer experience by administering the end-to-end lifecycle of the division’s light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles. This includes maintaining data integrity, managing vehicle assignments, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands while keeping a sense of urgency
  • Ability to think critically, manage and prioritize a demanding workload
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative/coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete multiple projects in short time frames
