Role OverviewThe Fleet Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the Dispatch team by maintaining load visibility, communicating with drivers, updating operational systems, and assisting with the execution of the daily dispatch plan.

Serve as the first point of contact for drivers requiring basic operational support and troubleshooting assistance, maintain accurate and timely load status updates, and communicate dispatch plan updates to drivers.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented, or logistics environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, transportation, logistics, or operations
