Role OverviewThe Fleet Maintenance Clerk supports the maintenance team by scheduling preventive maintenance, ordering parts, maintaining maintenance system, part inventory levels and accuracy, and processing reports for management.
What You Will Do
Schedules Preventive Maintenance, orders parts, files repair orders, enters maintenance data, orders parts, maintains parts inventory, receives and dispenses parts, assists shop manager, produces reports, and follows safety policies.

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 6 months of related work experience
- Experience in the waste or trucking industry is preferred
- Ability to learn Waste Pro proprietary software applications
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, data entry, Fleet Management software, and email
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities with speed and accuracy
