You will be involved in hiring, training, and developing technicians to meet customer expectations. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
What You Will Do
Prioritize and assign work, ensure quality and safety, control costs, meet customer satisfaction, coach and mentor technicians, and monitor associate work levels.
