Role OverviewThe Fleet Manager plans, organizes, and supervises the Division's maintenance staff and functions, responsible for overall fleet/equipment support and associated maintenance processes.
What You Will Do
Manages departmental hiring, training, coaching, performance management, discipline, scheduling of work assignments, and overtime authorization. Provides hands-on maintenance assistance as needed.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- 15+ years of progressive hands-on experience in fleet management
- CDL license (preferred)
- Engine rebuild certification (a plus)
- Brake certification required
