Job Description
Alsco Uniforms is seeking a driven professional to serve as the Fleet Manager. The Fleet Manager will oversee the repair, maintenance, and management of fleet vehicles, ensuring DOT compliance and quality and safety standards are met. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supervising repairs, as well as operating vehicles for road tests. The Fleet Manager will work with plant personnel in a cooperative and professional manner, adhering to all safety rules and policies. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience as a Fleet Manager
  • Minimum of three years automotive repair and maintenance experience, working on fleet vehicles, with specific knowledge of large transport mechanics
  • Have and maintain a valid Class A driver's license and a record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or safety violations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to comprehend and follow direction, perform basic math, and have good time management skills
  • High School graduation or similar experience
  • Successful completion of Class A driving school
