Role Overview

As a Fleet Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles and equipment operate reliably to meet project demands and delivery schedules. You'll perform routine maintenance and inspections, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs.

What You Will Do

Perform routine maintenance and inspections, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and rebuild, replace, or repair major components such as engine heads, blocks, starters, and transmissions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Vocational or technical certification in diesel engine repair is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL is preferred
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment; willingness to learn new technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
