Role Overview

As a Fleet Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles and equipment operate reliably to meet project demands and delivery schedules. You'll perform routine maintenance and inspections, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs.

What You Will Do

Perform routine maintenance and inspections, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, rebuild, replace, or repair major components, and keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational or technical certification in diesel engine repair (plus)
  • Valid driver's license
  • CDL (preferred)
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety standards and protocols
