Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mechanic (automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment)
  • OR recent graduate from a technical school with relevant coursework in fleet maintenance
  • Must own basic hand tools suitable for performing mechanical repairs
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, and handling tools and parts
  • Valid state driver’s license (must obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License within the first year of employment)
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety protocols
