Job Description
The Fleet PO Coordinator will play a critical support role in the implementation of a streamlined process for procuring equipment, parts, and services. This position requires attention to detail, data entry, and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in Procurement
  • Experience with Smartsheet preferred
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
  • Ability to follow instructions and process
  • Ability to make sound professional decisions and escalate issues when needed
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to draft professional emails
  • Organization and time management skillset
  • Customer service skills as this role is a support function to the Fleet OPS team
