Job Description
The Fleet PO Coordinator will play a critical support role in the implementation of a streamlined process for procuring equipment, parts, and services. This position requires attention to detail, data entry, and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in Procurement
Experience with Smartsheet preferred
Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
Ability to follow instructions and process
Ability to make sound professional decisions and escalate issues when needed
Excellent communication skills and ability to draft professional emails
Organization and time management skillset
Customer service skills as this role is a support function to the Fleet OPS team
