Role OverviewThe Specialist will serve as a consultant and point of contact for Fleet Management activities, developing and recommending fleet solutions to optimize owning and operating costs, drive technology adoption, and grow market share for MacAllister Machinery.

Primary responsibilities include executing MacAllister's fleet management strategy, delivering training to customers and internal teams, and utilizing telematics and equipment health reports to recommend essential maintenance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Associate’s degree, technical school certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field
