Role OverviewThe Fleet Supervisor will provide leadership for company drivers and field operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services. This individual will be responsible for the overall operational performance, safety, customer service, and profitability of an assigned fleet of drivers for our Energy Transportation division.
What You Will Do
The Fleet Supervisor will provide leadership for drivers, conduct quarterly driver meetings, monitor Hours of Service and DOT compliance, and collaborate with other support functions to improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
