Fleet Tactical Manager

The Fleet Tactical Manager provides operational and technical leadership for an assigned aircraft fleet and the Maintenance Controllers who support that fleet. The position is accountable for aircraft availability, reliability, maintenance execution, and overall fleet performance through the leadership and development of assigned Maintenance Controllers.

Promotes and ensures the highest standards of safety, compliance, risk management, and quality. Provides operational and technical leadership for an assigned aircraft fleet with accountability for aircraft availability, reliability, maintenance execution, and overall fleet performance.

Requirements

• Associate's in related field
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
• 6-8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or maintenance control
• Minimum of two years leadership experience working in an aircraft maintenance control environment
• Knowledge & understanding of turbine powered aircraft systems
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of aircraft reliability programs, maintenance planning principles, and operational performance metrics
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
