Role OverviewThe Fleet Washer & Sandblasting Technician will operate steam-cleaning and high-pressure washing equipment to clean fleet vehicles, trailers, and construction equipment, while also assisting with sandblasting, body shop operations, and light mechanical work. This position is ideal for someone comfortable with working around heavy equipment, grease, oil, dirt, water, and noise while also using proper protective equipment. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include operating industrial steam cleaners, pressure washers, and related equipment safely, washing company vehicles, heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, parts, and components, removing grease, oil, dirt, concrete, asphalt, and other heavy buildup, and performing sandblasting duties as needed.

Requirements
- Preferred experience with industrial pressure washing, steam cleaning, heavy equipment, heavy-duty vehicles, automotive repair, body shop work, sandblasting, or mechanical maintenance
- Basic mechanical ability and familiarity with hand tools
- Class B CDL is preferred but not required
- Previous forklift experience or the ability to safely operate a forklift
- Ability to safely operate equipment and trucks around the yard and repair facility as needed
- Ability to work safely around trucks, vehicles, heavy equipment, tools, chemicals, and high-pressure equipment
- Comfortable working in wet, dirty, greasy, noisy, dusty, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, reach, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Practical experience and mechanical aptitude are valued
