Job Description
Responsible for managing infrastructure that supports the Third-Party Administrators (TPA) product solution, serving as a liaison between groups and ensuring roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations are clearly defined and followed. Manage FlexLink relationships, create and enhance reporting, and collaborate with operations to establish performance tracking reports. Provide proactive communication with internal and external customers on new offerings, government mandates, and business initiatives that impact FlexLink.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with Third Party Administrator and self-insured offerings and solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of the BCBSM product portfolio, system architecture, operations, and financial alternatives
  • Strong understanding of claims processing
  • Extensive knowledge of the FlexLink product and associated processes
  • Extensive knowledge of the health care industry
  • Ability to frame and structure problems, discern critical issues, and drive solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
