Job Description
We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Flight Coordinator to join our growing New York Team! DO & CO is a global gourmet entertainment company with a passion for hospitality and culinary delights.

Requirements

  • Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the relevant departments.
  • Ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to the aircraft crew in person without delays.
  • Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly.
  • Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
