Job Description
We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Flight Coordinator in Miami, FL! DO & CO is a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry, offering a unique blend of hospitality and culinary delights.

Requirements

  • Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the relevant departments.
  • Ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to the aircraft crew in person without delays.
  • Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.
  • Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly.
  • Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
